Shipping and Returns

How Long Does It take to process an order?


Orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days on average. We work Monday through Friday. Orders placed on the weekend or holidays will be shipped the next business day(s). Fulfillment may take longer during sales events and around holiday seasons.

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you can expect to receive it within 1-6 business days.

We ship via standard ground shipping and Amazon Logistics. We do not current offer express shipping options.

Please Note: Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Any order that totals $50 or more, before taxes and after discounts, qualifies for free standard flat rate shipping.

We offer $8.95 flat rate shipping on all other orders.

Can I Return My Order?

Yes. You can return your order within 30 days of purchase. Please refer to our return policy for full details:

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA number. You can request an RMA number by contacting the customer service department at support@366products.com 

  • In order to be eligible for a return, the item's must be new and the packaging unopened.
  • The item's must also be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Missing kit items/opened items will not qualify for a refund.
  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return labels are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If a mistake was made with your order, we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Do you ship to PO BOXES or APO Addresses?

Yes. We do offer shipping to PO boxes or APO addresses.

Can I Order internationally?

Yes we accept international order. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States and Canada. Any duties, customs or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
